Eneba Order Marked Fulfilled But Not Received – Request Refund or Delivery
On July 13, 2026 at 6:41 pm I purchased a “Top Up PUBG Mobile 6000 + 2100 UC Global” via Eneba as a direct top up for my PUBG Mobile account. The payment of 99.16 USD was completed successfully and, as shown on the Eneba order screen, the order with number O‑Y6EHKPO is marked as “Order fulfilled”. Despite the payment being successful and the order status appearing as fulfilled, the UC has not been delivered to my PUBG Mobile account. There has been no change to my in‑game balance since the purchase. I have already opened a support ticket with Eneba and also contacted PUBG Mobile support about this missing UC, but so far I have not received any response from either side. I request that my missing UC be delivered to my PUBG Mobile account without further delay, or, if this is not possible, that the full amount of 99.16 USD be refunded to my original payment method as soon as possible.
