Eneba.com Took My Money but Didn’t Deliver PUBG Mobile UC

I purchased PUBG Mobile UC from Eneba.com, but the UC never arrived, even though they charged my card. I have been trying to get a resolution for two weeks, either by receiving my UC or getting a refund, but nothing has been done.

If they didn’t have the product, why did they take my money in the first place? I provided the receipt, order details, and transaction number, yet they still refuse to acknowledge their mistake. Their lack of responsibility and unwillingness to fix the issue is unacceptable.

Eneba.com, deliver what I paid for or refund my money immediately! This platform is not trustworthy, and I expect a solution right away. I won’t let this issue go unresolved!
