I purchased PUBG Mobile UC from Eneba.com, but the UC never arrived, even though they charged my card. I have been trying to get a resolution for two weeks, either by receiving my UC or getting a refund, but nothing has been done.
If they didn’t have the product, why did they take my money in the first place? I provided the receipt, order details, and transaction number, yet they still refuse to acknowledge their mistake. Their lack of responsibility and unwillingness to fix the issue is unacceptable.
