eFootball Refunded Only One of My Three MyClub Purchases

I accidentally purchased MyClub three times in a row on eFootball and immediately requested refunds for all three transactions. While my refund requests were initially processed, my MyClub balance suddenly went negative a few days later.

After a few more days, only one refund was issued, but the remaining amount has not been returned, even though it’s been over a week. This is completely unfair—I paid for three, returned three, but eFootball only refunded one.

I demand an immediate refund for the remaining two purchases. eFootball, fix this issue and return my money! I shouldn’t have to chase down a refund for something I already returned!
