eFootball Charged Me Twice Without Adding MyClub Points to My Account

eFootball has charged my account twice without delivering the MyClub points I paid for. The first unauthorized payment happened on 06.07.2025 for ₺989.99, and the second one occurred on 13.07.2025 for ₺659.99. In both cases, the amount was deducted from my account, but no MyClub points were added.

After the first charge, I requested a refund and received the money back two days later. However, since the points were never delivered, my account now shows a negative balance of -3250 MyClub points. This is completely unacceptable—you're taking my money without providing the in-game content, and then penalizing my account for it.

Today, I checked my billing history again and realized the same issue has happened a second time. My account was charged again, and once again I received nothing in return. I’m requesting an immediate refund and a full investigation into these repeated billing failures. This needs to be resolved urgently—no more money should be taken without delivering what was promised.
