Football Refused My Refund for Accidental In-Game Purchase

I accidentally purchased eFootball in-game currency and immediately requested a refund. However, despite submitting two refund requests, both were denied without any explanation.
I don’t understand why eFootball won’t allow refunds for accidental purchases, especially when I reported it right away. I followed all the necessary steps, but they canceled my request twice.
I am extremely frustrated and demand that my money be refunded as soon as possible. eFootball, fix this issue and process my refund! If accidental purchases can’t be reversed, what kind of customer service is this? I expect a response and a resolution immediately.
