eDreams Charged for Prime Without An Account – No Response From Support
On the morning of 26 July 2025, I was surprised to find a charge of €89.99 on my account for an Edreams Prime membership from Spain. I have never subscribed to this service, have never visited the Edreams website, and have not attempted to create an account with them. Yet somehow, I was still charged. I have reached out to Edreams support but, unfortunately, have not received any response so far. This charge is completely unauthorized, and I have no explanation for how it occurred. Given the circumstances, I am requesting a full refund of the €89.99. I am more than willing to provide any further information needed to resolve this issue, and I hope Edreams will respond and correct this promptly.
