I Face 55-Day Refund Delay from eDreams for Canceled Royal Jordanian Flight
On June 15, 2025, I purchased a Royal Jordanian ticket for the Aleppo–Istanbul route through eDreams, reservation number YM5JN6, for 7501,61 rl. The flight was canceled, forcing me to purchase another ticket on the same day. I immediately submitted a refund request.
Since then, 55 days have passed without any resolution. I contacted eDreams multiple times—via email, by phone (7 times), and through live chat. Every time, I received inconsistent responses: sometimes I was told to contact the airline directly, and other times to reach out to the agency again. No progress has been made, and I have not been asked for any additional documents or information.
This prolonged delay has caused significant inconvenience and extra expenses. I am demanding the immediate refund of my canceled ticket and additional compensation for the financial and personal hardship this delay has caused. eDreams should address this matter urgently and prevent such unreasonably long refund processes in the future.
