eDreams Unauthorized Membership Charge Complaint

EDreams has unfairly charged me an annual membership fee without obtaining my consent. I would like to request a refund, however, I am currently unable to get in touch with anyone for assistance. Out of nowhere, 89.90 euros vanished from my account. I didn't sign up for a membership when I bought my ticket, and I haven't received any information or emails about it.
