eDreams Charged My ING Account Without Authorization and Won’t Refund

eDreams debited my ING bank account without authorization for €89.99 and €9.99. I immediately canceled the annual Prime subscription, but they refused to refund me, and customer service is impossible to reach. I am requesting a refund as soon as possible; it has been several months and I still haven’t been refunded.
