Dear eDreams team, I recently noticed a charge for the annual eDreams Prime subscription, which I did not intend to renew and was unexpected. I kindly request: Immediate cancellation of my Prime subscription. A full refund of the charged amount, as I have not used any Prime benefits in this new term.
