eDreams Prime Unauthorized Subscription Charges - Refund Request

My name is Jose A*** and I am writing regarding an unwanted eDreams Prime subscription that has been charged to my credit card without my consent. On 12 September 2025 I booked and paid for a flight through eDreams from Portugal, paying in EUR. After this booking, I started to be charged every month for an “eDreams Prime” monthly subscription, even though I did not knowingly subscribe to this service, did not want it, and did not give my informed consent to any recurring payments. My credit card has been charged as follows: 27 September 2025 – €6.66, 27 October 2025 – €6.66, 27 November 2025 – €6.66, 25 December 2025 – €6.66, and 27 January 2026 – €6.66. There is no clear way to contact eDreams by email to resolve this, and calling from overseas is extremely expensive for me, which makes it very difficult to sort this out directly. My bank has only offered the option to freeze my credit card, which is not a practical long‑term solution and does not address the unauthorized subscription itself. I request that my eDreams Prime subscription be cancelled immediately and that no further charges be made to my credit card. In addition, I ask for a full refund of all eDreams Prime monthly subscription fees debited from 27 September 2025 onwards, as these charges were never knowingly accepted or desired. I expect this issue to be investigated and resolved promptly, with written confirmation of both the cancellation of the subscription and the corresponding refunds.
