eDreams Unauthorized Charge FlySafair Booking Refund Issue

On 25 March 2026 I booked a FlySafair return flight through eDreams from Harare to Johannesburg for the dates 11 April to 18 April, under booking reference 57WGCJ. For this purchase, an amount of R4,973.85 was taken from my Standard Bank account (account ending 3140) by “eDreams BARCELONA ESH” on 25 March 2026 at 14:41. I believe this amount was taken incorrectly, and I also previously experienced a similar problem with eDreams in September 2025, when around 100 USD was taken from my bank account without my consent for a ticket. I tried to contact eDreams by email to clarify these charges and to request a refund, but my emails are bouncing back and I am unable to reach your customer service. Standard Bank advised me to contact you via email to request a refund of my money, but despite following this advice, I still have not been able to get any support from your side. I request an urgent full refund of the amounts taken from my account without my consent and a clear explanation of why these charges were made. I also expect you to ensure that no further unauthorized charges are taken from my bank account.
