eDreams Unauthorised Charge – No Booking Made

Hey everyone, I didn't book through eDreams. My only contact with this company was paying for a friend's ticket back in 2022. Today, eDreams took €89.99 from my account. How can I ask for a refund? I've tried to find a phone number or email address but haven't found anything. Please help, thanks, Olha.

They did the same to me. I bought a ticket a few months ago, never signed up for Prime, but noticed they charged me €69.99 for a Prime membership. Did you manage to find their email to request a refund?
