Unauthorized eDreams Prime Charge and Saved Card Information

I am writing to report unauthorized charges related to my eDreams Prime annual subscription and to request an urgent solution. Without my authorization, eDreams has reduced my annual Prime fee, and in an extreme case it has been charged twice. Specifically, on November 15 an amount of $118.84 was charged to my credit card from BAC San José, and on November 22 another charge of $117.85 was made to my credit card from Banco Nacional de Costa Rica. I did not authorize these renewals or double charges. Last year I had already indicated, through chat, that in 2024 I would not continue with the eDreams Prime subscription, so I consider these charges to be completely improper. Additionally, your telephone service is extremely difficult to access; the platform seems designed not to resolve issues, since for every procedure a reservation number is requested, and as there is no reservation in my case, the communication is simply cut off. This makes it almost impossible to clarify or resolve the problem through your official channels. Due to all of the above, I formally request a full refund of both amounts charged ($118.84 and $117.85) to the respective credit cards, the immediate cancellation of my eDreams Prime subscription, and written confirmation that the subscription has been definitively cancelled and that no further charges will be made. I kindly ask that this situation be resolved as soon as possible.

I am filing a complaint against eDreams Prime because they have made two charges to my account without my authorization. On November 3rd and again on December 3rd, I was charged 25.90 each time, even though I did not give any consent for these payments nor did I request such a service. These charges...

On November 25, 2025, I noticed that €119.99 had been charged to the credit card linked to my eDreams account without my knowledge or consent, listed as a “Prime Annual” fee. The transaction appears in my card activity as originating from Barcelona. I only created an account and registered my card ...
On November 6, 2025, a charge of 102 USD and on November 20, 2025, another charge of 115 USD were withdrawn from my credit card by the service called EDreams Prime without my knowledge or consent. I have never had any membership, transaction, or request with EDreams Prime before, so I consider these...

On 9 December 2025, a payment was withdrawn from my Mastercard for the renewal of an eDreams Prime subscription that I deliberately did not want to continue. I had intentionally avoided paying for the renewal and even changed my card details so that no further charges would be possible, as I do not ...
