Edreams Prime Subscription Not Being Cancelled When Promised

I have an ongoing issue with my eDreams Prime subscription that started in June 2024 and is still not resolved. Without my clear consent, a Prime subscription fee was taken from my account, so I contacted eDreams by phone. During that call I was assured that my Prime subscription would be cancelled and, because they said they could not refund the payment, they instead added a £90 credit to my account. I later received an email confirming this £90 credit, but no written confirmation of the cancellation itself. Despite their promise to cancel, eDreams has continued to charge me £99 per year for Prime. These unwanted payments have been taken again in 2025 and 2026 from the account linked to ***[email protected]. I have checked my emails and I cannot see any clear record of the £90 credit ever being properly used, and I was certainly not expecting further Prime charges after I was told the subscription would be cancelled. Today, I contacted eDreams customer service again by phone after noticing the most recent £99 payment. I was told that they cannot cancel the subscription until they listen to the previous call, even though it was already confirmed to me in that call that the subscription would be cancelled and a credit applied as they could not refund at the time. This leaves me being charged every year for a service I was previously told would be cancelled. I request that my eDreams Prime subscription be cancelled immediately and that the two £99 payments taken in 2025 and 2026 be fully refunded. I also expect a clear written confirmation that Prime has been cancelled and that no further charges will be taken from my account.
