eDreams Prime Billing Dispute and Refund Request

For approximately five months, my personal credit card issued by DenizBank has been charged $10 USD per month, shown on my statement as “eDreams payment.” These charges were not for any subscription or service that I knowingly and explicitly approved.
After noticing the issue, I downloaded the eDreams app and accessed my Prime account through the profile section. Using the customer support option at the bottom of the page and following the automated prompts, I was able to reach live support. I explained my complaint in detail to the representative and was informed that the issue had been resolved. My subscription was addressed.
However, the amounts that were wrongfully charged in previous months have caused me financial loss. I request that eDreams fully refund all amounts collected from my card over the past five months (approximately $50 USD) that were charged without my consent or without adequate disclosure.
I also specifically request that this complaint be published so that other users experiencing similar issues can become aware of potential problems and learn that they can access live customer support through the eDreams app to resolve their concerns.
