On May 6, 2025, I purchased a flight ticket through the eDreams app. The advertised price was ₺3000, which they charged—but I later discovered that even more money was withdrawn from my account, and this excess charge doesn’t even show up clearly in my bank transaction history. That’s already suspicious and unacceptable.
To make things worse, when I try to check in through the AJet app using the PNR number eDreams gave me, the ticket shows up—but when I try to activate or confirm it, the system gives an error and won’t accept the activation code. I now have serious doubts about whether the ticket is even valid or genuine.
eDreams, I need urgent clarification. Why was I overcharged, and why does my PNR number not work properly on the airline's platform? If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will not hesitate to take legal action.
Either provide a working, valid ticket and refund the overcharge, or issue a full refund now. I expect this matter to be handled without delay.
