Edreams Charged Without Ticket Issued After Payment Failed
On September 21, 2025, at 21:09, I attempted to purchase a flight ticket worth 12,446.70 TL through eDreams. After entering my card details, the page froze and the transaction was not completed. I did not receive any confirmation email or PNR number.
Despite this, the amount is still pending as an open authorization in my Garanti Bank account. I was unable to reach eDreams customer service, and the available contact information and guidance were insufficient.
I request that this transaction be canceled and that the pending amount be refunded to my account. This is the first time I have experienced such an issue, and I expect a prompt resolution.
