eDreams Charged Me for Prime Without My Consent

2Today I was charged 89,99 € for an eDreams Prime subscription that I did not consent to. I only noticed the charge after it appeared on my Visa card, which is linked to my account in Spain, and I immediately cancelled the subscription as soon as I saw it. After cancelling, I tried to contact eDreams customer service regarding this unauthorized Prime fee, but I have not received any response so far. I find it unacceptable to be charged for a subscription I did not knowingly approve and then be unable to reach support. I request a full refund of the 89,99 € Prime charge back to my Visa card and written confirmation that my Prime subscription is completely cancelled and will not be renewed or charged again in the future.
