eDreams Charged Me €155 for a Prime Subscription I Never Signed Up For or Used
I bought a ticket nearly a year ago, and they sent me an email (which I never read) informing me that I had been subscribed to eDreams Prime for 30 days free of charge, after which I would be billed €65 for the subscription. After a year, I received another notification that the subscription was renewed, now costing €90. Only at that point did I realize that I had been charged €155 in total for a service I never actively signed up for. Be cautious when purchasing a ticket through them. To make matters worse, they refused to refund my money, offering only a credit if I kept the subscription—what a joke!
