eDreams Canceled My Sixt Car Rental Without Notice

I booked a car rental with Sixt through the eDreams website, but when I went to pick up the car, I was told that the reservation was canceled through eDreams. I reached out via WhatsApp, and they claimed the reservation wasn’t canceled, instructing me to show the receipt to the Sixt staff. Despite showing it several times, the Sixt staff said there was no place to enter the code provided. I had to incur additional expenses to rent a car from another provider.
For a refund, eDreams asked for evidence, which I provided via email, but they have been stalling ever since. It has been 1.5 months, and each time I contact them, they just keep delaying. This is my final request here—refund my money immediately.
