I Rented a Car on eDreams but Got Refused at Pickup and Never Received My Refund

I booked a rental car two weeks in advance on eDreams Car (reservation number: TR152687450) through Sixt Rent a Car. However, on the day of the rental, Sixt refused to give me the car, claiming my driver’s license was not eligible—even though this was never mentioned during booking.
Despite not using the car at all, the reservation is falsely marked as "trip completed" on the eDreams app. I contacted Sixt, and they confirmed that they canceled it on their end, telling me to follow up with the agency (eDreams). I was promised a refund within 5 business days, but it's now well past that, and I’ve received nothing—not even a pending transaction or provisional hold.
Worse, eDreams provides no working customer service number and no one to actually speak with. I’m stuck in limbo with no car, no refund, and no support.
