I Rented a Car on eDreams but Sixt Said It Was Not Available
On April 2, 2025, at 08:15, I rented a car from a Sixt branch through the eDreams website. I paid the full amount in advance via the platform and received a confirmation of my booking. Later, I was informed that the vehicle was not available in their fleet. They stated that they are an agency operating under a broker company and asked me to contact them instead. This situation has caused a serious disruption to my travel plans. However, I am requesting the cancellation of this transaction. Please proceed with the cancellation. If necessary, I am prepared to pursue all available options, including legal action or filing a formal complaint.
