eDreams Canceled My Paid Flight Without Refund

Today, I purchased a one-way ticket for two people from Gaziantep to Sabiha Gökçen for September 11th on eDreams.com. After completing the payment, I received a notification stating that the reservation was canceled. Despite paying for the tickets, I have not received a refund for the canceled booking. This is causing me a lot of stress, and I am in a difficult situation. I intend to file a complaint and urgently need assistance to resolve this matter.
