I purchased a ticket through eDreams for a Pegasus Airlines flight from Gaziantep to Doha on February 15, 2026, for $176. Even though the ticket was issued in my name, I later learned that the agency entered another person’s contact information into the reservation, which caused the airline to cancel my ticket. Because of this incorrect data entry, I received no service at all, yet I was still left dealing with the consequences of the error.
Although Pegasus Airlines processed the flight cancellation, eDreams has not issued any refund to me. My reservation number is 24632724849, and I have screenshots showing that I entered my contact information correctly, along with written communication with the airline confirming the issue.
Keeping the payment despite no service being provided is extremely unfair. I request that this issue, which resulted from incorrect data entry, be resolved and that the $176 ticket fee be refunded to me in full as soon as possible.
