On the eDreams website, I attempted to purchase a Pegasus Airlines flight departing from Ankara at 11:35 a.m. on Thursday, November 7. The ticket price displayed on the site was $16. However, after completing the payment, $34 was charged to my virtual credit card.
Even now, the website still shows the ticket price as $34, meaning I was charged nearly double the listed amount.
My reservation ID is 24145906279. I made the transaction just a few minutes ago, and I did not select any additional services, insurance, or optional extras during the booking process.
I also attempted to reach customer service, but I was unable to get through.
I request that the difference between the displayed and charged amounts be refunded to my card immediately.
