eDreams Refund Issue on Google Flights - Money Returned to Wrong Account
I purchased a ticket through eDreams via Google Flights but made a mistake in the booking details. To correct it, I called Pegasus Airlines and canceled the ticket, with Pegasus assuring me that the refund would reach my account within 3-5 days. However, when I followed up, I was told the refund had been issued to a card ending in 8665, which I don’t recognize as mine. This means my money was sent to the wrong account, and I have no idea who received it. Making matters worse, I’m unable to resolve this with eDreams as their customer service only offers support in foreign languages, which is a barrier for me. I need assistance urgently to recover my refund from the correct card.
The refund was issued, my problem is resolved.
