I booked a flight to Durban through Edreams on 11 November 2025 and later a stay at Sun Hotel Durban Station on 7 January 2026. After these bookings, Edreams started deducting money from my account for something called “EDREAMS PRIME MBA”, which I never knowingly agreed to or understood. According to my bank statements, R195 was deducted on 23 November 2025, again on 23 December 2025, and again on 29 January 2026 after my hotel booking. These deductions appear as “EDREAMS PRIME MBA”. I am extremely angry and frustrated because I was not clearly informed that I would be signed up to any kind of Prime or subscription service, and I did not knowingly give my consent to pay monthly fees. I request that Edreams immediately cancel this “EDREAMS PRIME MBA” or any related subscription linked to my bookings and stop all future deductions from my account. I also demand a full refund of all R195 amounts that have been taken from my account without my clear approval. I expect a prompt response and a clear written explanation of how and why this subscription was created in my name.
