EasyJet Damaged My Luggage During Flight From Bristol to Istanbul

On December 9, 2024, I flew with EasyJet from Bristol, UK, to Istanbul, Turkey. Upon arrival at Istanbul Airport at 8:30 PM local time, I discovered that both of my suitcases were severely damaged. I immediately reported the issue to the Havaş unit at the airport, where a damage report was filed. They assured me that the matter would be forwarded to the airline for resolution.
Additionally, I created a claim on EasyJet's website to address my complaint and requested compensation for the damage. However, to date, neither Havaş nor EasyJet has resolved the issue or contacted me.
