easyJet Damaged My Suitcases and Has Not Resolved the Issue Despite My Reports
On December 9, 2024, I traveled from Bristol, England, to Turkey with easyJet. Upon landing at Istanbul Airport at 8:30 PM local time, I discovered that two of my suitcases were damaged. I immediately reported the issue to the Havaş unit at Istanbul Airport, and they created a necessary damage report. They assured me that they would forward the issue to the relevant airline to address my grievance. Additionally, I opened a case on easyJet's official website to resolve the matter.
