Waiting Over 1.5 Months for Dyson Torque Drive Replacement Part

On October 28, 2024, I contacted Dyson customer service to report an issue with my Torque Drive part. They assured me the replacement would be delivered within 2-3 days, and a service order was created. However, by November 15, I had not received the part. When I followed up, I was informed that the original order had been canceled, and a new order was placed instead.

I purchased additional insurance to avoid such problems, yet I’ve been waiting over 1.5 months for this replacement part. How much longer am I expected to wait? At this rate, my vacuum cleaner is just becoming wall décor. I demand immediate action to resolve this issue and ensure timely delivery of the part.
