Although you wrote that you would take care of it, no one has called me yet and my problem is still not resolved.

I purchased a Dyson V15 vacuum cleaner on July 3, 2023. On October 9, 2024, I reached out to Dyson customer support, speaking with a representative, Ms. G***, regarding the broken wheel on the main cleaning head. She assured me that a replacement would be provided under warranty. After not receiving any updates, I contacted Dyson support again on October 14 and spoke with Ms. N***. She informed me that my order was in process but out of stock and that there might be a delay due to the part coming from abroad. She could not provide a delivery timeframe. On November 1, 2024, I received an email stating that my order had been canceled. When I called Dyson customer service, I was told that the cancellation was due to a product code change and that my order would be reprocessed. It’s now been a month since I’ve been able to use my Dyson, despite investing in this premium and costly product over others in the market. When I asked for an estimated delivery date, they again cited the “from abroad” issue without any clear timeline. If Dyson can deliver its products from abroad to sales stores, why can’t spare parts be sourced in the same way? I would appreciate a resolution to this issue and a clear date for when the replacement part will be delivered. I’ve been sweeping my house with my neighbor’s broom for a month now. I’ve never encountered such an unresponsive and unhelpful experience from a company. I hope Dyson will reach out to me and provide a timely solution to this complaint.
