I purchased a Dyson hair curler set from Media Markt last year. Shockingly, the product started to overheat and melt along the sides in less than a year. Even though my spouse had purchased extended warranty coverage, they told us they would only replace the damaged styling head—not the full device.
This is incredibly disappointing coming from a brand like Dyson, which markets itself as premium and trustworthy. I expected durability and support, not partial fixes and excuses. I was even considering buying a Dyson vacuum, but after this experience, I’ve lost all confidence in the brand.
It feels like I was sold a defective or counterfeit product, and now I’m left with a damaged tool and no proper resolution. Dyson, I demand a full replacement or refund. I won’t be purchasing anything from your brand again unless you make this right.
