I’ve been using the Dyson V15 Total Clean, and lately, I’ve been experiencing a terrible odor coming from the filter. It’s not just a mild smell—it’s extremely strong and unpleasant. I’ve thoroughly washed the HEPA filter and the dustbin as instructed, but the foul odor continues without any improvement.
I tried reaching Dyson customer service multiple times, but no one answers. While the brand offers exceptional customer attention during the sales process, their post-sale service is a huge disappointment. The WhatsApp support line is practically useless unless you happen to get lucky and catch someone responding. For a product that costs this much, I expected quality both in the machine and in the service.
I demand a proper solution or replacement for this issue. A premium product should not come with such basic hygiene problems, and Dyson should take responsibility instead of ignoring customer complaints.
