I am absolutely furious with my Dyson V15 vacuum! I bought it 1.5 years ago, and while the first 6 months were fine, for the past year, it's been constantly flashing a filter cleaning warning! I wash the filter, empty the dustbin, even blast cold air to clean the dust, but after vacuuming just one room, the same infuriating warning reappears.
I've called their communication center four times, and I've gotten absolutely nowhere. They're not trying to find a solution; they're trying to cover up the existing problem. They even mock you by saying, "we're happy to help you with any issues," while providing no actual help. I tell them I vacuum one room, and the dustbin is barely full, yet the communication center tells me to "empty the dustbin." When I explain that emptying it makes the warning disappear, preventing me from showing them the problem, they insist I empty it anyway. Then, once it's empty, they claim the dustbin was "at maximum capacity" and that's the only issue. I ask if I'm supposed to empty the dustbin after every single room, and they still insist it's "at maximum capacity" even when it's clearly not! It's like a joke; they're driving me insane.
Dyson, you need to fix this persistent filter warning and dustbin issue on my V15 immediately! Your customer service is deliberately misleading and unhelpful. Provide a real solution for your defective vacuum now!
