I Regret Buying a Dyson V15 !!!

I purchased a Dyson V15 cordless upright vacuum cleaner from the Dyson store. Two months ago, it began to intermittently shut off, disrupting its function. Despite a clean reservoir filter, a video call diagnosis claimed the motor was the issue, directing me to send it for service. After a 2-3 week wait, the device returned unchanged, experiencing the same problem. The service form indicated it was "repaired," yet the issue persisted. During the second service, the form claimed no malfunction was found, despite a mismatched part installed, causing dust to escape into the motor. Subsequently, assurances of replacement were made but never fulfilled. Despite repeated attempts and the continuation of the same fault, the service insisted on repairs. A mail falsely stated that the repair was accepted without my approval or any communication. This situation feels like the service is mocking me, playing games over months. My trust in Dyson products has waned. I lament purchasing from Dyson; I believe I could have bought 20 Fakir vertical vacuum cleaners for the same price, used them for 10 years, and still been better off. Their repeated approach only seems to be a stalling tactic, highly disappointing and regrettable.

Hello, Yes, they contacted me, but the device, which I sent to the service for the 3rd time due to a malfunction, is being sent back to me again. I bought the device at the end of January and sent it to the service 3 times. I don't want this device. I have told your customer service this many times. Be aware that your service is mocking your customers. I bought the device from the Dyson store in Akasya Mall. I will smash the device you sent me into pieces in front of everyone at your mall store. I will also record a video. People need to see the truth.
