I Paid ₺20,000 for Dyson Airwrap and It Shuts Off and Attachment Wobbles

I purchased my Dyson Airwrap in October 2024, expecting high-end performance and durability for the premium price I paid. However, from the very beginning, the device had an annoying issue: it would randomly shut off during use and then refuse to turn back on for a while. At first, I assumed it might be a one-time glitch, but the issue persisted.
Now, things have gotten even worse. The styling attachment I use most frequently has started to wobble, making it difficult and unsafe to use. I haven’t tried all the other attachments yet, but considering this one is already loose, I’m concerned they might also be defective.
This is not what I expected from a device in this price range. Spending nearly ₺20,000 for a styling tool should mean I receive top-tier quality—not a product that malfunctions within the first few months. I’m extremely disappointed and expect Dyson to replace or properly repair this faulty unit immediately. A premium brand must stand behind its product and offer solutions when things go wrong.
