I Noticed Severe Hair Breakage After Using My Dyson Airstrait for Just 4 Months
About four months ago, I purchased the Dyson Airstrait directly from Dyson’s official website after doing extensive research. I was initially thrilled with the product and used it with care, trusting all the promises made in the product description—especially the claim that the device would not damage hair due to its controlled heat technology.
Unfortunately, over time, I started noticing serious breakage and damage to my hair ends, even though I trim them regularly. My hair now feels rough and brittle—like dried corn silk. This is completely the opposite of what was advertised. The condition of my hair has significantly deteriorated, which is both upsetting and disappointing given how much I paid for this product.
I chose Dyson specifically for its reputation in hair care and expected premium performance with minimal risk. I’m now requesting either a full return or an exchange for the Dyson Airwrap, which I believe may be more suitable for my hair type. I urge Dyson to take this issue seriously and respond swiftly. I purchased this product in good faith, and I expect the same level of accountability from your brand.
