My Dyson Vacuum Brush Wheel Keeps Breaking—Clearly a Design Flaw


I purchased a Dyson Ball Multi Floor YC4 vacuum back in 2018, and this is now the second time the cleaner head has broken in the exact same spot. The first time it happened in 2020, Dyson replaced it under warranty without an issue. But now, the replacement head has broken again in the same place—clearly indicating a design or manufacturing flaw.
When I contacted Dyson to request another replacement, instead of standing by their product, they just sent me a link to purchase the part myself. I know how to buy parts—I don’t need a link. I need Dyson to take responsibility for this recurring issue and provide a free replacement for a defective component.
If your parts are under a 5-year warranty, and this one hasn't even lasted that long, why aren’t you honoring your own policy? It’s incredibly frustrating that Dyson is more focused on giving away free vacuums to influencers than maintaining trust with long-time paying customers. I expect Dyson to take accountability and send me a proper replacement at no charge—anything less is unacceptable.
