We purchased a Dyson vacuum expecting high-end quality, but the brush head wheel keeps breaking repeatedly. Dyson has already fixed the issue twice, which we appreciated, but now it has broken again—and we’re being told we have to wait until a year passes before they’ll address it once more.
This is clearly a design flaw, not something caused by user error. We use the vacuum exactly as intended, yet the same part continues to fail. How many times does it have to break before Dyson acknowledges this is a recurring manufacturing issue?
Considering the amount of money we paid for this vacuum, we’re seriously questioning if it was worth it. Dyson, you need to fix this permanently or redesign the part. We trusted your brand, but repeated breakdowns and waiting for warranty resets isn’t acceptable. We deserve durable components and reliable support.
