I’m a Dyson V12 user, and I keep getting a filter cleaning warning, even though the machine and filter are spotless. Every time I vacuum even the smallest area, the alert comes up. I’ve already purchased a new filter, but the issue persists. This isn’t the first time I’ve faced this problem—when my vacuum was still under warranty, I sent it in for repair. It was supposedly fixed, but just a few months later, the same issue returned. Now, despite using a new filter, Dyson is asking for ₺5,600 for service. I’m extremely frustrated that customer service hasn’t resolved this issue, and I expect immediate assistance. Dyson needs to address this recurring problem once and for all.
