I Face Broken Head and Suction Power Loss on My Dyson V8 Vacuum Under Warranty

In 2024, I purchased my Dyson V8 vacuum from the Ankara Aydoğanlar store. Recently, the vacuum head broke during normal use. Although my product is still under warranty, when I contacted Dyson customer service, they told me that the head replacement is not covered and that I must purchase a new one through dyson.com.tr at my own expense.

In addition, for the past 1–2 months, I have noticed a significant decrease in suction power. The vacuum sometimes fails to operate properly when switching from low to high speed, stuttering or not engaging at all. These problems were not present when I first started using the product — they developed over time.

Since my Dyson V8 is still under warranty, I request that both the broken head and the suction issue be resolved free of charge. If the problems cannot be fixed, I expect a full replacement of the product. This matter should be addressed promptly to restore the vacuum’s proper performance.

No one ever called me or got back to me, why are you lying, I will file a complaint about you everywhere, you never say this when selling.
