I Can’t Use Max Mode on My Dyson V8 Vacuum Even Though It’s Brand New

I purchased a Dyson V8 vacuum cleaner from MediaMarkt two months ago, and I’ve been having issues with it from day one. The main problem is that the device does not operate at all—or only runs intermittently—when switched to Max mode. This issue occurs every single time I try to use that setting. While it occasionally stutters in regular mode as well, the Max mode is completely unreliable.
I ruled out all potential user errors. I checked the battery, charging status, filters, and attachments thoroughly. I followed all the recommended troubleshooting steps, but the problem persists. This is extremely frustrating, especially for a product that’s supposed to deliver premium performance.
My unit is still under warranty, and I have the documentation to prove it. I’m requesting immediate support—either the defect should be fixed, or the vacuum should be replaced altogether. I trusted Dyson's reputation, but this experience is far from what I expected. Please assist me as soon as possible.
