I purchased my Dyson V8 from Media Markt 9 months ago, and as of today, it’s no longer charging. When I plug it in, the red light keeps flashing, and it won’t hold a charge. This is really disappointing, especially since the vacuum is still under warranty and I haven’t used it heavily. I expected better performance from Dyson, and I’m upset that such an issue has come up. I’m requesting an immediate solution to this problem. Dyson needs to resolve this quickly and ensure my vacuum is working properly again!
