On April 25, 2026, at around 2:00 PM, I placed an order through Yemeksepeti from Komagene using online payment. My order number is nb36-2617-5xbi. My order appeared as “on the way” in the app for approximately 3–4 hours, and was later marked as “delivered” in the system. However, the order was never actually delivered to me.

Security camera footage from my building clearly shows that no courier arrived at my address during that time. I reported this issue multiple times through Yemeksepeti live support, but I observed that they chose to rely solely on the restaurant’s statement without requesting any concrete evidence or verification. I was told that the issue would be escalated to the resolution team and that I would receive a response, but despite following up several times, I have not received any feedback or solution.

Although my order was never delivered, I have already paid for it online. Therefore, I request a full refund of the amount I paid. Additionally, due to the inconvenience, time lost, and lack of proper support, I request that compensation in the form of account credits or coupons be provided. I also ask that this case be re-investigated by taking into account my camera recordings and that necessary measures be implemented to prevent similar issues in the future.

They informed me that they attempted to call me but couldn't reach me, @Yemeksepeti, yet when I checked, I didn't receive any call.

Do not order at all, don't trust them; my order was not delivered but they took the money.

My order wasn't delivered even though I was charged. I repeatedly asked live support for a response but got no reply. I think Yemeksepeti's attitude and concern in this situation is very poor, terrible.
