Umingle Account Access Denied Without Notice

I am writing to report that my Umingle website account was suddenly blocked in Pakistan. I created this account just two days ago as a free user, and it was blocked the very next day without any warning, explanation, or prior notice. Since then, I have been completely unable to access my account.

I have not received any message explaining the reason for this block or whether I allegedly violated any rules. As a new user who had only just joined the platform, this situation is very disappointing and makes the service feel unreliable.

I request that my Umingle account be unbanned as soon as possible. I also ask that a clear explanation be provided regarding the reason for this block so that I can understand what happened and avoid any similar issue in the future.
