TikTok Account Recovery Needed After Losing Phone Number Access

I am writing regarding a serious access issue with my TikTok account on my Samsung Galaxy A40 device. My account, with the username “diarbatou_sonko,” is linked to an old phone number that I no longer have access to. I have also forgotten the email address and password associated with this account, which means I am completely unable to log in.

I still have my username and several screenshots of the account that clearly prove my ownership. I lost access to this account sometime between 2024 and 2025, and since then, it has been extremely difficult to recover it.

I have tried multiple times to contact TikTok support through the available channels, but I have not received any response. This lack of feedback has left me without any solution, even though I am able to provide proof such as screenshots.

I request that TikTok review my case, help me recover access to my account “diarbatou_sonko,” and update the linked phone number to my current one so I can secure and use my account again. I am willing to complete any identity verification process required to confirm that I am the rightful owner.
