BDG Win Account Suspension Without Reason Needs Reactivation

I have been using the BDG Win mobile app in India, and my account was suddenly locked about one month ago. Since that day, I have not been able to access my account at all, and I have not received any clear explanation regarding the reason for this lock.
After my account was locked, I contacted BDG Win customer support to resolve the issue, but I have not received any response or feedback. This situation prevents me from using the services I signed up for and is causing serious inconvenience.
I request that my BDG Win account be reactivated immediately and that I be provided with a clear explanation of why my account was locked in the first place.
