I’ve been waiting since February for Dyson to supply a replacement turbo head for my vacuum, and it’s now been over four months with no resolution in sight. It’s extremely disappointing that such a well-known global brand cannot fulfill a basic product component. Each time I follow up, I’m told the turbo head is still unavailable and that they can offer me a discount on another product instead. I did not purchase a discount—I purchased a product I expected to be fully supported.
This lack of parts availability has rendered my vacuum only partially usable and has caused ongoing inconvenience in my household. A company like Dyson should prioritize after-sales support and have the infrastructure to supply essential components like a turbo head. Offering alternatives instead of the part I need is not a solution—it’s avoidance.
I expect Dyson to immediately provide the turbo head for my vacuum as originally promised. Anything less is unacceptable. I’m tired of waiting and being offered discounts I don’t want. Just send me the part I need and resolve this ongoing problem without further delay.
