I bought my V10 vacuum cleaner from the address N11, and unfortunately, it started malfunctioning within the first month. My warranty claim was denied when I sought support. Dyson Turkey stated that they are unable to honor the warranty due to the absence of an invoice. They explained that without the invoice, the product is not eligible for coverage. In essence, they only offer warranties for products they sell directly.

Picture a home appliance company that has an extensive network of stores and distributors. It's worth noting that the manufacturer's warranty only applies to products that are sold with invoices. Even though I had a valid invoice, my warranty claim was denied. Upon receiving the product, I promptly registered it using their website or app. Even though it was in their system, it was considered ineligible for warranty when the time came. If a product is eligible for official invoicing and registration in the system, its warranty should be upheld.

The retailer I bought the product from also assured me that they have a responsibility to provide warranty. The product I purchased from N11 is fully invoiced, comes with a warranty, and is completely brand new. However, it is being perceived as if it is imported from another country or fake. I find the actions of Dyson Turkey to be unjust, and I plan on lodging a formal complaint. Please contact me at **46 *** 12 15, I would appreciate a call from Dyson customer service.

As Dyson, you are the worst and most unfair company I have ever seen that does not stand behind the device you produce and sell. I will file a complaint against you through legal means. I have given power of attorney to our company lawyer. Let's see who will win. It's nice to register on your site with the serial number, but when the product breaks down. You sold it at an exorbitant price, and when it broke down, you did not stand behind the product. I will disgrace you.
